About the store

imayoreo is a Mexican online store for Japanese-style goods (Sanrio, Rilakkuma, ita-bags and more), selling both retail and wholesale. We operate at https://imayoreo.com and provide support by email (info@imayoreo.com) and WhatsApp (+52 55 5888 8888).

Prices & payments

All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). We accept credit/debit card, OXXO and SPEI via Mercado Pago, as well as bank transfer.

Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed. OXXO, SPEI and bank-transfer payments can take time to clear; we email you as soon as they do.

Shipping

We ship across Mexico with the country's leading carriers. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and package size; if no live quote is available, a standard rate of $350 MXN applies. We prepare your order in 1 business day and delivery takes about 2–5 business days depending on your area. When it ships, we email you the tracking number.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons some items (e.g. earrings) cannot be returned. See the full process on the Returns & exchanges page.

Product availability

Inventory is updated constantly. If for any reason we cannot fulfill an item you already paid for, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund for that item.

Intellectual property

Sanrio, Rilakkuma and other brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the products we sell.
