Data controller

imayoreo, the online store operating at https://imayoreo.com, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). For anything related to this notice, write to info@imayoreo.com.

Data we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect: name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order history.

Card, OXXO and SPEI payments are processed directly by Mercado Pago; we never store your card numbers on our servers.

Purposes of processing

Primary purposes: processing and delivering your orders, sending order confirmations and transactional emails, providing customer support and preventing fraud.

Secondary purposes: improving the store and catalog with our own usage metrics. We do not send advertising without your consent.

Data sharing

We only share the necessary data with: Mercado Pago (payment processing), the Skydropx shipping platform and the carriers that deliver your orders (Estafeta, DHL, FedEx and others), and our transactional email provider (sending confirmations). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights (ARCO)

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO), or revoke your consent, by writing to info@imayoreo.com from the email associated with your account. We will respond within the legally required time frames.

Cookies

We use cookies required to keep your session and shopping cart working, plus our own usage metrics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
