Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, meeting the conditions below.

Conditions

  • •The item must be unused, in its original packaging and condition.
  • •Keep your receipt or order number.
  • •For hygiene reasons some items can't be returned (e.g. earrings).

How to request it

  1. 1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason.
  2. 2. We'll confirm how to send the item back.
  3. 3. Once we receive and check it, we process your exchange or refund.
