How do I place an order?+

Add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your shipping details and choose a payment method. You'll get a confirmation email with your order summary.

Do I need an account to buy?+

An account makes checkout faster. When you sign up we email you a verification link; you must confirm it before logging in. With an account you can see your orders and save favorites.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Credit/debit card, OXXO and SPEI via Mercado Pago, and bank transfer. You'll see all available options at checkout.

I paid with OXXO / SPEI / bank transfer, what's next?+

Once we confirm your payment you'll get a “Payment received” email and we'll prepare your order. For bank transfer, upload your proof to speed up validation.

How do I track my order?+

When we ship your order we email you the tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also check your order status from your account.

Can I exchange or return a product?+

Yes, within the time frame and conditions of our policy. See the Returns & exchanges page for the steps.

Are the products authentic?+

We carry carefully selected Japanese-style goods (Sanrio, Rilakkuma, ita-bags and more). If you have questions about an item, message us before buying.
